Employer's Perspective:

Employee's Reaction:
I am so thankful that my employer and supervisor at the WIC Program have made it easier for me to continue to breastfeed when I returned back to work after the birth of my baby. I worked out a mutual pumping schedule with my supervisor and have use of a refrigerator to store my milk without problems. My coworkers made me feel comfortable, I get loads of advice and we swap breastfeeding stories. I am happy to know that my baby is still receiving exclusively breast milk and that I can provide the healthiest milk for him even when we're apart.
